As a general rule of thumb, because our items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was received in terms of graphic, color, size, or style
- The product arrived in a damaged condition
- The product arrived in poor quality
All return and exchange requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
In some cases, we are able to make an exception to this policy. Keep reading to see how we evaluate and handle each situation:
Wrong, Damaged, or Poor Quality Items
- If you receive the wrong item (in other words: it has a graphic, color, size, or style that you didn't order), we'll replace the item as soon as we can.
- If an item arrives damaged or features a poor print quality, we will replace the item as soon as we can.
In either case, we may ask that you send pictures or return the item at our cost so that we can submit a claim to our vendors.

Exchanges For Wrong Sizes, Etc.
If you order the wrong size and with to exchange your item for a different size, we generally cannot accept exchanges. However, we may be able to make an exception for popular items.
You will be responsible for shipping back your item to our facility in Texas at your cost before we can send a replacement.

Cancellations
Once an order enters production (usually about 24 hours after you place your order), we generally aren't able to cancel the order or issue a refund.
However, we may be able to make an exception for popular SKUs.
